We are looking for a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate must possess the following qualities: A minimum of two years of experience in a Customer Service role or a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Communications; Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office; and experience with JD Edwards or other ERP systems is a plus.
