We are looking for an experienced Controller to join our Finance team. The position is hands-on, reports to the VP of Accounting and presents the opportunity for advancement within the organization. 

Controller Responsibilities:

  • Oversees and manages the overall operations of the Accounting Department
  • Manages the credit & collections process
  • Prepares and maintains consolidated worldwide financial results as well as manages financial and management reporting
  • Reports financial status on a regular basis and creates ad-hoc reports when needed
  • Produces the annual budget and monthly forecasts
  • Works with external auditors and provides needed information for the annual audit
  • Documents, monitors and updates accounting policies
  • Maintains accounting staff by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job performance
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Experience/Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • 8-10 years of applicable experience with previous experience in a manufacturing environment

We are looking for a highly motivated Territory Sales Manager for the Texas and Northern Mexico territory. The successful candidate must possess the following qualities: Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills; Detail oriented, a self-starter and positive team player; Ability to quickly create solutions for customers’ requirements and issues; Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred. Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Efficiently services existing accounts and wins new accounts by planning organized work days
  • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of direct and distributor accounts

  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports; such as daily call reports, weekly work planned and monthly and annual territory analysis.

Position Summary

An individual in this position will be required to work as an assembler, performing multiple tasks including but not limited to the assembly of Hydraulic Units. This position is also expected to maximize efficiency and increase output delivering a top quality product.

Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly operations on Hydraulic Power Units and Electronic Die Separators
  • Perform electrical and electronic assembly of complex power panels to meet specifications
  • Demonstrate the ability to accurately evaluate and troubleshoot repairs on customer returned and rental units
  • Work in sync with the engineering group to further enhance and document assembly instructions
  • Accomplish all assignments in a timely manner while employing good safety practices and maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Accurately record transactions in the data collection system and in the documentation provided with each job

Job Requirements
